This service enables external participants, including mentors, speakers, and guests, to submit mandatory documents and complete a form to gain access to the University for an event.
1. Click Login with UAE pass
2. Click on the Organization tab and select the service: Speaker and Mentor Visit Application
2. Click Start
4. Submit
5. Protocol Office – Approves and processes on the system.
