• Master students must have an active status (AS) and should be Registered at the time of requesting the letter

• The request will go to Finance Department for financial verification

• The request is approved by Finance will move to Graduate Registrar to check the registration status and then issue the letter within 2 working days from receiving the approval from Finance

• If the financial status is not cleared, student will be informed to pay the outstanding amount, it the payment is not done within 2 working days the request will be rejected by Finance Department
