ZU Graduate can request a letter confirms that the graduate student completed all programs that were taught in English language and met the direct entry requirements of the ZU undergraduate General Education Program.

5. Submit

6. Enrollment & Registration Department will issue the certificate

7. Enrollment & Registration Department will send you a notification that the document is ready for collection from the Enrollment & Registration Department

Terms and Conditions

1. Without mentioning ZU ID number, Enrollment & Registration Department can not issue the letter, thus the service will be delayed.

2. Any official document issued for ZU Graduate by the Enrollment & Registration Department needs to be picked up personally.

3. All official documents that are not picked up by stipulated time, will be shredded.
